Job Description:

- Provide customer-facing technical support for Bluetooth solutions on Windows PCs, including driver integration, feature enablement, and debug. - Own triage and root cause analysis of Bluetooth issues in complex PC systems across USB and PCIe interfaces. - Collaborate with internal development, validation, and platform teams to resolve hardware/software interoperability issues. - Deliver onsite support and technical workshops to guide customers through design bring-up, tuning, and validation. - Drive new Bluetooth feature enablement and ensure compatibility with evolving Windows driver stacks. - Champion product innovation initiatives, contributing to next-generation Bluetooth user experience and quality improvements. - Track and report issue trends, provide timely status updates, and escalate blockers with strong ownership. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

-5+ years of hands-on experience with Bluetooth stack, profiles, and RF performance on Windows PCs.

- Strong understanding of Windows driver architecture, USB/PCIe interfaces, and Bluetooth HCI layer.

- Proficient in debugging tools and logs: Windows Event Viewer, HCI trace, bus analyzers (e.g., Ellisys, Lecory), and logic analyzers.

- Experience in working directly with OEM/ODM customers and managing technical issues through resolution.

- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective customer engagement and internal reporting in English.

- Able to work independently and drive initiatives, including experimentation and field validation.
