We're expanding our Client Computing Group (CCG) Engineering Finance team and are looking for a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FPnA) Analyst to join our new global hub in Gdansk, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide consistent financial support to Business Partners in CCG Operations by creating and analyzing financial information and business trends
• Develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, and product sizing
• Support management reporting related to financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Collaborate with Operations to prepare and manage the financial Plan of Record (POR), aligning budget assumptions with business goals
• Provide explanations for cycle-on-cycle changes and business insights to influence the decision-making process and direction of various business leaders, including the General Manager, Business Operations, and project leads
• Prepare monthly Close in partnership with Operations, providing variance analysis and data-driven insights to improve predictability and accuracy
• Review and drive approval of Purchasing Requisitions in partnership with Operations and the Finance Controller
• Participate in IP Investment-wide initiatives, such as business process standardisation and automation, as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:


• BA in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar field; MBA is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and planning, forecasting and business modelling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, financial modelling) and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting

• Ability to build partnerships cross-functionally and cross-regionally, and collaborate effectively on high-quality solutions

• Flexibility with working hours to accommodate meetings across different time zones (Israel, Costa Rica, US)

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with Power BI or any data visualisation or analytics tools
• Passion and knowledge for driving process improvements, automation, standardisation, and business process management (BPM)
