About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance and Systems Architect with expertise in AI to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of Intel's AI systems and infrastructure. You will leverage your deep understanding of system architecture and AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and optimization of high-performance AI systems and solutions.
Conduct comprehensive performance analysis and develop strategies to improve system efficiency.
Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and hardware teams to identify and resolve performance challenges.
Develop and implement tools and frameworks for AI performance monitoring and analysis.
Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, and speed of AI systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies to ensure Intel remains at the forefront of performance engineering.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with 12+ years of experience .
• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, systems architecture, and AI optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with performance analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working on performance AI environments.
• Familiarity with Intel's hardware and software solutions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$226,450.00-$319,690.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
