Role Description:

The focus of the AI, Analytics, & Data (A2D) Success team is to empower Intuit technologists (data analysts, software engineers, machine learning engineers, data scientists) to achieve their business objectives with impact by delivering personalized and proactive support integrating with A2D’s data & AI capabilities (i.e., the internal platform). The goal is to enable these cross-functional partners in the business units to create value from the data and AI platform in a self-serve capacity by operationalizing the data maturity & AI standards, providing training and resources, and continuously improving our processes with an eye for self-serve, sustainable governance, and change management.

This role requires deep customer empathy and the ability to work as a partner and advocate to help users navigate through any organizational, process, or platform barriers to maximize adoption, business impact and derived value by empowering adoption for these internal customers across Intuit leveraging the platforms built by the A2D team.

Compensation: $43.75 - $50.48 / hr. (internship is 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing and rigorous execution of the program structure and operating rhythm to aid data and AI platform integration across business units, contributing to systematic reporting, operational mechanisms, and impact dashboards
  • Assist in partnering with data analyst, software engineering, data scientists, and various cross-functional teams to drive execution toward program outcomes
  • Help identify, clarify, and resolve critical issues and dependencies, ensuring effective communication and change control with stakeholders under guidance
  • Collaborate with teams to communicate execution plans and align with program outcomes, providing support in creating a clear, compelling narrative of challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by learning and applying best practices, assisting in creating/documenting repeatable frameworks, and incorporating stakeholder feedback

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a degree-seeking undergraduate program, with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2025
  • Must reside in the U.S. during the summer internship program
  • Familiarity with program or project management principles through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and frameworks, with any relevant coursework or projects a plus
  • Willingness to learn how to build credibility and strong partnerships across teams to support program outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $$43.75 - $$50.48 / hr. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
