Responsibilities
- Define and champion a compelling vision and strategy for your product domain within TurboTax, aligning with the broader Intuit ecosystem and mission.
- Participate in fostering a culture of innovation, executional excellence, and customer obsession.
- Develop and manage a clear product roadmap, prioritizing based on deep customer insights, data analysis, and strategic business objectives.
- Partner deeply with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and research teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences rapidly and iteratively.
- Drive end-to-end product execution, from identifying unmet customer needs and defining requirements to launching, measuring success, and iterating based on outcomes.
- Take a data-driven approach to define success metrics, track progress, make informed decisions, and communicate impact effectively across the organization.
- Act as a thought leader within TurboTax and Intuit, staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements (especially AI/ML).
- Represent your team and product strategy effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, designing and delivering world-class software products, with a proven track record of driving significant customer and business impact.
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving complex problems; experience with consumer-facing products at scale is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into an actionable, outcome-oriented roadmap.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; proficiency in using data to define success, prioritize, and iterate.
- Demonstrable technical depth and curiosity; ability to engage effectively in technical discussions with engineering and architecture teams. Experience with AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bias for action and experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $196,500 - 266,000, Southern California $179,000 - 242,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
