You will join Intuit’s Security Research and Development organization, and lead the development of Security and Safety controls for Intuit Assist - The Generative AI-Powered Financial Assistant for Small Businesses and Consumers.
Responsibilities
- You will be the engineering manager responsible for the development and operations of the service, the security, and safety controls protecting Intuit’s Generative AI Operating System.
- To accomplish this, you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners: Security Researchers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Policy Analysts and Product Management.

Qualifications
- 5-plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful software products.
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience solving complex engineering problems.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap.
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders, and experience with matrix management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
