Job Overview
Come join the Customer Success Data and Analytics team as a Senior Data Scientist! This role focuses on scaling and supporting Full Service WIP strategy and outreach. In addition, this role will be focused on optimizing every FS customer’s journey to adopting the right outreach for them in service to the customer benefit. This is an ecosystem support role, where you will work cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams to drive customer conversion and increase customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving targets, coordinating with a team of peer analysts in developing dashboards, contributing to and utilizing GenAI, supporting launch of multiple outreaches and recommending winners as well as providing data-driven insights that will improve customer experience. As a senior member of the analytics team, you should have a strong track record of combining advanced analytics skills, knowledge of product development and customer experience including email outreach, experimentation, and exceptional business acumen.

- Drive strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment around data-driven approaches to optimize product and marketing efforts based on customer segments, lifecycle stages, and other critical customer attributes
- Lead deep exploration of customer data and spearhead customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and other actionable analysis/modeling
- Develop (alongside product and marketing counterparts) experimentation plans to measure and optimize execution of data-driven strategies across execution, targeting, and personalization
- Leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions to improve decision-making
- Optimize and manage data pipelines to ensure scalable and efficient reporting
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to better understand our users and create a single, accurate view of a customer across businesses to make decisions about how best to acquire/retain them, segment, identify high potential value, and proactively interact with them
- Partner with business leaders (e.g. product, business development and finance) to define business strategies, areas of investment, and critical priorities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to extract insights from data and communicate compelling data-driven stories that drive business impact.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics, modeling, and automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Databricks) is a plus.
- Machine learning and Generative AI experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and end-to-end quantitative thinking skills.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $149,500-202,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
