In this role, you’ll define, lead, and execute strategies that bring new users into the Full Service experience—developing acquisition levers, testing new value propositions, and accelerating growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, data science, engineering, customer service, and our in-house network of tax experts to deliver delightful, seamless experiences that convert interest into action.

You’ll help build bold, innovative solutions—including integrating with Intuit Assist (our AI-powered financial assistant) and creating new experiences that guide customers to the best expert for their needs.

We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of a strategic offering and work alongside an incredible cross-functional team that values curiosity, speed, and impact.

  • Partner closely with design and engineering to craft simple, high-converting user experiences that bring clarity to a complex service.
  • Lead customer and market research to uncover needs, friction points, and competitive opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Intuit to align on priorities, share insights, and co-create roadmaps.
  • Operate with speed and focus—driving clarity, momentum, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously analyze customer behavior, performance data, and feedback to identify new opportunities and refine existing experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, delivering impactful customer experiences and driving measurable business results.
  • Proven track record in growth, acquisition, or funnel optimization work—particularly in complex or service-driven products.
  • Strong technical fluency; ability to work closely with engineering teams. Experience with AI/ML products is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, with strong influencing and communication skills across disciplines and levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to synthesize data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Self-aware, curious, and driven to learn and improve continuously.
  • Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business); MBA preferred.
