Job Overview
Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is on a mission to empower small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) to thrive. A critical part of this mission is expanding our third-party partner ecosystem for QuickBooks and Mailchimp, enabling SMBs to connect to the tools they need to grow.
As a Staff Data Scientist supporting the Global Partner Ecosystem team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this ecosystem. You will build data foundations, deliver predictive models, and generate insights that guide product strategy, go-to-market decisions, and partner success. Your work will help evaluate new product launches, measure the impact of features and programs, and identify opportunities to drive partner benefit, customer acquisition, and incremental revenue for Intuit.
Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist on the Ecosystem Development team, you will:
- Build and scale data foundations to support analytics, reporting, and forecasting across the partner ecosystem.
- Partner with product teams to evaluate new product launches and features, measure their impact, and inform future roadmap decisions.
- Develop predictive models to understand program monetization, customer behavior, and partner value realization.
- Shape go-to-market strategy by identifying opportunities, recommending actions to amplify the flywheel effect, and driving partner benefits and new customer growth.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, scorecards, and analyses that empower leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making and drive ecosystem growth.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product, business, or customer analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Strong programming and analytical skills in SQL, Python or R, with experience in Databricks, Tableau, and AWS ecosystem.
- Proven track record in predictive modeling, customer segmentation, experimentation, and personalization at scale.
- Ability to generate actionable insights that influence product strategy, GTM planning, and executive decision-making.
- Strong project management and communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience
