Job Overview
The Intuit Tech Ecosystem Finance team is critical in driving business growth and operational efficiency across ~$3B+ of technology investments. The team is responsible for forecasting, planning and analysis of Technology spend across the company. In addition, we develop data driven insights and partner with key business leaders to deliver our business priorities. We partner with senior leaders (CTO and CTO staff members) to develop strategic plans that deliver our financial commitments.
The primary objective of our internship program is to bring highly talented future leaders into the organization. Interns will undertake challenging and meaningful projects in top company technology focus areas such as applying GenAI/AI, Machine Learning to supercharge Intuit’s business goals.
Our interns have opportunities to apply skill sets such as financial modeling, strategic thinking, project management, and executive communication to Intuit’s business problems during the summer program.
Responsibilities
As this role involves constant interaction with senior non-finance stakeholders across the business, we are seeking candidates that have the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate enjoys operating in a fast-paced / entrepreneurial environment. Prior professional experience in Technology, Strategy, Management Consulting or Investment Banking is preferable, but not required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- 3-7 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, technology-related roles, investment banking, consulting or strategy
- Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while simultaneously managing several priorities
- Intellectually curious, innovative, entrepreneurial and thinks strategically
- Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions and business outcomes
- Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humility
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners with confidence and credibility
- Proficiency in financial modeling
