Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Sales Data Analytics to lead a team of analysts in driving data-informed sales strategies. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams to uncover insights, optimize performance, and shape strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales data analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and business partnership.

  • Develop and manage analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to measure sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity.

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide sales strategy, territory design, incentive planning, and forecasting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align KPIs and data sources for consistent reporting.

  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and methodologies, improving the scalability and accuracy of insights.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform key decisions on go-to-market strategies and revenue planning.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing analytical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong SQL and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and pipeline analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
