Job Overview
This role will sit within our Treasury Capital Markets team and will closely liaise within treasury and with other critical stakeholders on critical growth initiatives. This role requires a highly collaborative, experienced finance professional who is adept at crafting effective executive communications, driving critical cross-functional projects with independence and velocity, and determining and implementing funding strategies for our business.
Responsibilities

Executive & Board Communication: Capable of presenting complex financial concepts to executive stakeholders. Independently prepare materials related to strategic financings, capital return initiatives, funding strategies, and recurring treasury reviews for executive (CFO) and Board audiences.
Proactively collaborate with Treasury, product groups and Intuit finance teams to collect data, understand forecasts and product needs/details
Craft effective story lines and analyses to communicate initiatives, recommendations and conclusions
Drive quarterly CFO treasury reviews and annual Board review of Treasury

Bank and Fintech risk: Determine bank strategy and monitor bank risk in our fintech businesses
Assess and monitor counterparty and other bank risks by representing Treasury’s objectives
Help determine mitigation strategies to minimize bank counterparty risk (e.g., redundancy, insurance, etc)
Generate concise reports to Treasurer and CFO
Drive initiatives for automation and use of systems for analyzing and monitoring bank and fintech risk

Fintech Partner Liaison: Partner with Product, Finance and other stakeholders to determine / align on funding strategies and limits for lending products.
Understand treasury implications/requirements for lending products and project manage these with other stakeholders
Monitor lending exposure across Intuit
Come up with proposals and Influence business to determine and implement guardrails on amounts, losses, etc.
Qualifications
9+ years experience in Treasury (Capital Markets), Strategic or Corporate Finance at another corporation, Consulting, Investment Banking or equivalent function
BA/BS degree Finance, Economics, Business or other similar area of study
Able to work independently amid ambiguity
Experience driving cross-functional projects involving many stakeholders
Experience creating effective executive/Board level communications. Highly capable of storytelling with data.
Exceptional communication skills (written and oral skills) and detail-oriented approach to all communications
Highly skilled at Excel and PowerPoint (and/or equivalent in Google)
Experience in finance automation/systems (e.g., utilizing AI to improve/drive workflows/tools/efficiencies, experience in building data analysis and reporting tools (such as Qlik), and/or technical skills (such as Python, etc)).
Preferred experience: Prior experience at a fintech in a finance or product function; preferred MBA, CFA or equivalent
