Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (“GBSG”) is Intuit’s largest business unit with $11B+ in revenue, serving 9M+ customers with the QuickBooks line of products including Accounting, Mailchimp, Money, Workforce Solutions, and Live Expertise.

About the Strategic Planning and Investments Finance Team:

We play a critical role in supporting GBSG’s strategy and execution by driving the financial planning process, consolidating results, forecasting, and managing the portfolio of offerings across GBSG. As the primary liaison for Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and BizOps, our team ensures alignment and clarity in financial reporting and strategic decision-making.

Collaborating across the company, we serve as the central hub for delivering GBSG financial goals and shaping decisions that drive the future of the business. We are seeking a thoughtful and innovative problem solver with a passion for driving change to join our team and help transform how businesses operate globally.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Lead the strategic planning and forecasting processes across GBSG Finance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial goals. Partner with the leadership team, Corporate Finance, Biz Ops to develop and refine 1- and 3-year strategic plans, leveraging data-driven insights and business modeling expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and optimal investment strategies that drive sustainable growth.

  • Strategic framing: Partner closely with members of the GBSG Finance team and SVP of GBSG Finance to develop executive presentations that connect our strategy to operational execution, delivering cohesive and actionable storylines for Investor Day, the Intuit Board of Directors, Senior Intuit Leadership, and Senior GBSG Leadership.

  • Financial reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting (e.g., month-end close packages, variance analyses) to provide transparency into the business’s performance and key drivers. Consolidate global GBSG results across customers, revenue, and expenses, translating data into actionable insights that inform business performance and future implications for senior finance and business leaders.

  • Team mentorship: Operate in a mentor capacity, proactively influencing, and leading within the Strategic Planning and Investments Finance team and the broader GBSG Finance organization.


Qualifications

  • BS in Finance or Economics, or equivalent experience (MBA Preferred)

  • 8+ years relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and operational improvements.

  • Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team.

  • Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions and business outcomes

  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work well within teams, and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations

  • Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct and actionable senior Executive deliverables (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)
