Intuit is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Operations team in London, serving the EMEA region. This pivotal role will focus on identifying and aligning on high-priority work streams to significantly increase overall productivity and drive customer growth and service adoption across our sales organization. The Automation Specialist role within Intuit's EMEA Sales Operations organization is crucial for enhancing business performance, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency through strategic automation. This position is vital for optimizing sales processes, implementing cutting-edge automation solutions across CRM, marketing, sales enablement, and ultimately increasing the sales team's productivity. By fueling customer growth through efficient and personalized experiences, accelerating service adoption, and delivering key data insights, this role transforms the EMEA sales organization into a data-driven entity that leverages technology to boost productivity, expand customer reach, and deepen service engagement.
Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Work closely with business leaders to identify process that can be optimised for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, leading to increased productivity and improved customer experience.
Automation Strategy & Execution: Play a key role in developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
Project Management: Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize superior data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills to evaluate information from multiple sources. Reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract low-level information for general understanding, and distinguish requests from underlying needs.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain robust reporting, dashboards, and analytics using high-quality data to provide sales teams with actionable insights.
Salesforce Expertise: Leverage expertise in Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and dashboards to enhance sales team capabilities and data integrity.
Process Standardization: Develop and drive consistent sales processes across multiple teams and sites within the EMEA region.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Learn from and share best practices with the global Productivity Analysts community to foster continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Influence key stakeholders across various functions through excellent written and verbal communication to gain buy-in for automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales operations or similar role with a strong focus on process improvement and automation.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Superior data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting/analytic, data, and Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expertise with Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-motivated, tenacious, and balanced individual with a "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
