Job Overview
The Intuit Customer Success (ICS) Analytics Team is seeking an exceptional Data Science Senior Manager to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences through Intuit's world-class expert services. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to driving insights and innovation. Collaborating closely with Customer Service Design & Delivery, Product and Engineering teams, you will measure the impact of Intuit's Customer experiences on business outcomes. In this role, you will leverage data, visualization, experimentation, machine learning, and emerging AI technologies to influence ICS strategy and create meaningful customer experiences. Your leadership will directly shape decision-making, enhance business outcomes, and foster a culture of data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring growth in technical depth, business acumen, and leadership skills.
Build scalable structures and processes, provide clarity and direction in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, enabling teams to focus on high-impact opportunities while adapting to evolving business priorities.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams using data driven insights and influence innovative data backed solutions in complex situations.
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders to influence shaping of strategic decisions through data-driven insights
Translate business and analytics strategies into multiple short-term and long-term well defined analytical projects, and manage end-to-end execution.
Build and influence metrics used to measure performance and drivers.
Provide technical leadership in applying advanced statistical, machine learning, and experimental design methods to complex problems.
Champion the use of experimentation and causal inference to validate product hypotheses and optimize experiences. Drive continuous improvement in data science methodologies, tools, and practices.
Role-models “win-together” while challenging status quo and driving changes across teams regardless of organizational structure.
Qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, or related field.
8+ years of experience as a data scientist, analyst, or data-driven business leader, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and other analytical tools, with practical experience using data visualization platforms.
Deep expertise in at least one core area: experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference), predictive modeling, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to influence business, marketing, product decisions.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data science solutions that create customer or business value.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
