Intuit’s Finance team has overarching responsibility for Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Accounting, Assurance, Procurement, and Business Operations.
The Corporate FP&A Team is undertaking a high-profile, cross functional initiative to define how Intuit manages its workforce. This role will be a key leader in this endeavor.
Responsibilities
This role will be a critical player in transforming how Intuit manages its workforce.
- This leader will serve as the owner for workforce planning from the Finance team
- Co-own the processes, systems, data, and insights to support decision making across the company.
- Partner with FP&A and People and Places teams to gain understanding, alignment, and define processes
- Requires an outcome-driven mindset that can manage through ambiguity to simplify ideas and processes that lead to better decision making.
Qualifications
·BS in Finance or Economics (MBA Preferred)
·10+ years relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role (Global experience preferred)
·Strong understanding of investment management in a high growth Technology company (preferably SaaS)
·Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to both lead and drive analysis
·Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results
·Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills
·Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work well within teams, and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations
·Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct and actionable senior Executive deliverables (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)
·Passion for problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity, creative and able to juggle multiple priorities

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $188,500 - 255,000
