We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to pioneer the development of innovative
software solutions in the Fintech Organization. As a Technical Lead, you'll collaborate
with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, identify opportunities, and
shape the technology roadmap with a comprehensive, end-to-end vision.

Responsibilities
Lead the development efforts to build innovative software solutions in the Fintech
space by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical leadership, set a high bar and mentor other engineers to
achieve technical excellence.
Identify opportunities in every problem and drive the technology roadmap for
development.
Prototype new ideas, develop and implement experiments with a focus on
innovation and efficiency.
Provide technical solutions to complex and challenging problems, working at
scale and with consideration of performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in service/backend development of complex
software systems.
Expertise in Java backend technologies with experience in designing, building,
and launching large scale distributed systems.
Strong backend skills with exceptional operational and analytical skills with
experience in development of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Having experience in development using event based architecture like Kafka is
preferred.
Passionate about staying up-to-date with new technologies and approaches,
identifying optimization opportunities, and driving the adoption of new capabilities
into production systems.
