Responsibilities
Portfolio:
- Provide strong strategic partnership with Business Platform Senior Leadership
Team and cross-functional stakeholders. Quickly come up to speed and scale a
large portfolio of high-priority deliverables independently. Understand the
technology landscape and connect the dots across various programs within
the portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'. Ability to manage the breadth and
depth of the program portfolio. Partner with the Business Operations and
cross-functional stakeholders to unblock and guide program teams' delivery
across initiatives. Effectively identify and manage dependencies across the
program. Effectively manage risks, issues, and escalations and drive them
through to closure specific to platform market complexities, such as
compliance challenges and infrastructure constraints. Demonstrate strong
executive level communications skills driving transparency across program
portfolio to Senior Leadership.
Program:
- Program - Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm
to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams. - Drive creation of
program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning,
development, and production readiness and launch. - Collaborate with key
stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and
various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes. -
Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies
that need action and drive them through to closure. - Communicate results
clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus
technical constraints. - Communicate progress across the organization and at
all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control.

well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others to work
towards desired outcomes. - Anticipate, recognize, and work through
resistance or setbacks independently.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 7 or more years
leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end
- Strategic and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix
environment. Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead
end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work
- Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations
in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong
presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate
complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action
- Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of
challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
- Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment,
balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based
development outcomes

is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work
location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular

for this position is:
Bay Area California $177,500 - 240,500
