The QuickBooks Discovery & Engagement team is focused on transforming how we drive breakthrough adoption of our platform through in-product education, product led growth, and marketing. This team sets the strategy, creates delightful experiences, and builds AI-first capabilities that help customers discover and benefit from everything the platform can offer.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead key customer journeys and drive platform growth. This role will focus on designing mobile-first, AI-powered experiences that reduce friction and increase discovery, engagement, and retention.
Define and execute a customer backed strategy, owning prioritization of the highest impact customer journeys.
Build and own a balanced short and long term roadmap to deliver on business objectives
Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data science to enhance the funnel with AI-driven personalization and predictive engagement models.
Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture, running A/B tests to optimize the key metrics and inform strategy.
Leverage deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior and performance, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
Define and track North Star and operational KPIs, such as engagement uplift and funnel drop-offs.
Work closely with engineering, design, growth marketing, and analytics to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, with experience in growth or funnel optimization in a B2B or SaaS environment
Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations
Proven track record of driving conversion and engagement improvements
Deep expertise in AI/ML-driven personalization, web commerce, and mobile-first UI patterns
Data-driven decision maker who leverages A/B testing, behavioral insights, and ML models to optimize funnel performance
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in ambiguity, quickly iterating on hypotheses, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
