As part of the Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization within ICS, the Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) plays a critical role in driving financial rigor and operational alignment with our Workforce Management team, as well as building AI-enabled analytics infrastructure to help define the future FP&A workflow with our Data Science team.
Responsibilities
You will partner across finance teams and cross-functional teams to ensure financial outcomes are tightly linked to operational drivers and decisions- enabling growth, efficiency, innovation and operational insight across ICS. Examples of projects and responsibilities include:
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Partner with ICS Finance and Workforce Management teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans, identifying opportunities for investment and growth
- Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI
- Partner with business teams to drive strategic initiatives to improve overall workforce performance
Reporting, Close & Financial Governance
- Own driver-based reporting frameworks that enable month-end close reconciliation and variance analysis
- Ensure strong linkage between operational drivers and financial results, with clear documentation of assumptions and changes
- Act as a finance point-of-contact for explaining results, trends, and variances to cross-functional stakeholders
Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Facilitate mid-month and month-end financial review forums across Finance, Workforce Management, Operations, and Service Delivery
- Drive alignment on forecasts, assumptions, risks, and mitigation actions, ensuring timely escalation where needed
- Leverage a continuous improvement mindset to enhance modeling accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process scalability
Business Partnership & Insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations
- Support leadership presentations and communication with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams
AI-enabled FP&A infrastructure
- Partner with data science team to build AI-enabled data infrastructure and FP&A workflow agents to reduce manual work and increase productivity for entire finance team
- Leverage the AI-enabled infrastructure to improve risk and opportunities management
- Drive change management with finance team on adopting the AI-enabled infrastructure to scale benefits to entire ICS finance area
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or data science in tech company
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experiences in Python and Tableau required; familiarity with SQL or Hyperion Essbase a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Bachelor degree in business or finance area required; advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred

Southern California: 111,500.00 - 151,000.00
