Staff Sales Operations Analyst (PSA & Revenue Architecture)
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
We’re at a turning point in how we manage our Professional Services and Partner ecosystems. We are moving away from manual, spreadsheet-heavy tracking and building a real-time, automated engine that scales. We need a Staff Sales Operations Analyst who doesn't just "run" reports, but actually architects the systems behind them.
This role is the bridge between a signed SOW and realized revenue. You’ll be the primary architect for our PSA (Professional Services Automation) implementation, ensuring our margins and utilization are visible in real-time. If you love stripping the friction out of complex lifecycles and building the "operational pipes" for a growing channel ecosystem, this is your seat.
Responsibilities
Own the PSA Architecture: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our Professional Services Automation tools. Your goal is to kill the manual spreadsheets and replace them with a real-time engine for tracking margins and resource utilization.
Build Channel "Pipes": Design and manage the operational infrastructure that allows our Partner Program to scale. You'll handle the complexity of partner-led delivery so it feels seamless to the business.
Accelerate Revenue Velocity: Take a hard look at our Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. You’ll re-engineer the process to remove the "dead time" between a signed SOW and project closure, getting us to revenue faster.
Strategic Partnership: Act as the go-to person for Sales and Delivery leadership to help them understand where we are winning and where we are losing on project margins.
System Integration: Ensure our Sales tools, PSA, and Finance systems are actually talking to each other so data only has to be entered once.
Qualifications
Process Mastery: You have a Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred) and a proven track record of using those methodologies to fix broken business processes.
Staff-Level Autonomy: You don't need a playbook—you write it. You’re comfortable taking a vague business problem and turning it into a technical solution.
Collaborative Style: You can explain complex system changes to a Sales Rep or a Finance VP without losing them in the jargon.
Data Fluency: You can take a mess of manual data and turn it into a clean, automated dashboard that leaders actually trust.
Lead-to-Cash Expertise: You understand the friction points between Sales and Professional Services and know exactly how to smooth them out.
