Intuit is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to spearhead the end-to-end (E2E) experience for our most complex customers, redefining how large enterprises get access to our financial ecosystem — the platform responsible for money in and money out across Intuit’s product ecosystem.
This platform processes billions of dollars in monthly payment volume and powers critical experiences across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
This Product manager will own the end-to-end enterprise onboarding strategy for financial SaaS application spanning:
- Payments and invoicing systems,
- Bill Pay and and accounts payable workflows,
- Capital lending solutions,
- Payroll processing systems.
This is a high-impact role requiring both operational excellence and strategic vision. The PM will serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on Intuit’s long-term strategy to service large enterprises, defining how complex multi-entity businesses interact with the financial ecosystem.
The Fintech onboarding team builds the foundational infrastructure that enables seamless, secure, and fast access to money movement solutions across Intuit’s ecosystem. We focus on creating scalable, resilient, API-first capabilities that power global growth, optimize performance, and unlock new monetization opportunities across products.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for onboarding experiences that delight new enterprise users and rapidly orient them to product value.
- Oversee the full acquisition funnel – from awareness to activation – optimizing for conversion, engagement, and first-time user success.
- Experience building a coherent product roadmap for onboarding and related product surfaces. Partner closely with design, engineering and technical architecture teams to define scalable components, reusable services, APIs, and onboarding systems that support current and future product lines for complex businesses.
- Integrate onboarding with broader platform strategy, including personalized UI/UX, dynamic content surfaces, and real-time guidance systems
- Lead discovery work to identify high-leverage opportunities, validate hypotheses with users and data, and define clear success metrics for new features
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to validate improvements and iterate toward measurable gains in user outcomes.
- Be a central storyteller and facilitator across functions: marketing (acquisition messaging), analytics (measurement and insights), UX/design (experience coherence), and engineering (delivery).
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to identify where AI and machine learning can fundamentally change the value we deliver for complex businesses.
- Build API-first, embeddable platform capabilities that support multiple product lines.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business units to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable execution.
- Operate effectively in multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments and embed AML, OFAC, KYC, and sanctions controls into platform design.
- Influence executive stakeholders on strategic investments in global customer onboarding and activation infrastructure.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of product management experience in customer onboarding at large-scale payments or fintech platforms.
- Deep expertise in onboarding enterprise clients to financial systems, including:
- Accounting and financial reporting.
- Account Receivables and Account Payable workflows.
- Proven success managing enterprise SaaS or ERP products, ideally in the financial management domain.
- Experience building and scaling user experiences inside complex enterprise SaaS products, ideally in the financial management domain.
- Fluency in regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders on long-term money services strategy.BS or B.Tech required; MBA preferred.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $196,500 - $266,000
