  • Causal Inference & Experimentation: Lead the design of complex experiments and observational studies to validate commercial hypotheses. You will guide the team on how to move from correlation to causation when analyzing customer upgrade paths and cross-sell triggers.
  • Strategic Thought Partnership: Serve as a core advisor to executive leadership, influencing investment trade-offs between new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion through clear articulation of risks, ROI, and strategic implications.
  • Technical Mentorship: Multiply your impact by raising the bar for analytical rigor. You will set the standards for how the Commercialization team approaches data storytelling, ensuring insights are both technically sound and commercially resonant.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in data science, strategy, or qualitative research roles. Experience in consulting or a strategy-focused capacity is a plus.

  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, GitHub, and Databricks. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense) is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and causal inference principles, with the ability to guide teams on interpretation, limitations, and strategic implications.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and connect data to strategic clarity.
