  • Collaborate across scientists, engineers, product managers, and platform leaders to align technical innovation with strategic business priorities.
  • Mentor team members and raise the bar for scientific thinking, technical depth, and execution quality.

Qualifications

  • MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling advanced AI, ML, or platform capabilities in industry or research-driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Generative AI, agentic systems, applied machine learning, LLM systems, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or large-scale experimentation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or similar languages, with experience building production-grade systems.
  • Experience developing AI/ML capabilities on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proven track record of solving highly complex technical problems and delivering durable capabilities leveraged across multiple teams or organizations.
  • Experience influencing technical strategy and driving outcomes across cross-functional partners.
  • Strong bias for action, with the ability to move from ambiguous ideas to concrete results.
  • High standards for technical rigor, scientific quality, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Platform teams.
