This person should be able to independently own a defined operational space, identify improvement opportunities, use data and AI-enabled tools to drive better decisions, and communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational strategy and execution for an assigned business area, initially supporting strategic improvements within the Canada business.
  • Drive continuous improvement across customer experience, expert experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Support the rollout of new operating experiences, including Team of Experts and Item Management, by helping define operating models, workflows, success metrics, governance, and change-management needs.
  • Use operational data, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify trends, surface risks, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Product Development, Service Delivery, Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Resource Operations, Analytics, and other teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage senior leadership communication by providing clear updates, recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, and decision points.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans, practical solutions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure continuity of existing operations while enabling new capabilities that can scale across the Expert Network.
  • Adapt focus areas as business priorities evolve, while maintaining ownership, clarity, and accountability for assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real-Time Operations, Workforce Management, Operations Strategy, Business Operations, Business Systems, IT Operations, Contact Center Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong business and operational judgment, with the ability to connect customer, expert, process, system, and business impacts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using operational data, dashboards, and reporting tools to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, and influence decisions.
  • Experience improving business processes, operating models, workflows, systems, or tooling in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve insights, efficiency, decision-making, or operational execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience preparing recommendations and updates for senior leadership.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear deliverables, success metrics, action plans, and operating mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and drive outcomes across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
