Job Overview
Intuit is seeking a talented Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Finance Tech team and drive our Enterprise Finance and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) product initiatives. As a Senior Staff PM, you will bring your curiosity, business acumen, and customer insight to create innovative solutions, solving significant problems in the world of Enterprise Finance and EPM. As part of our Product organization, you will partner closely with the Engineering team and cross-functional business units to drive exceptional customer and employee experience.
Responsibilities
You will support a cross-functional effort to ideate and build the technology and ecosystem for enterprise planning, close and consolidation, and digital transformation. You will work to deeply understand customers and business processes, help prioritize customer needs, and contribute to a product roadmap that pushes the boundaries of digital process automation.
- Design and implement enterprise planning and prioritization technologies, including EPM capabilities such as ARCS and FCCS, that connect strategy and execution to significant business outcomes.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define needs, metrics, program requirements, and scope in support of strategic planning and execution.
- Partner with Finance, business, and engineering leaders across Intuit to identify opportunities across people, process, and technology to improve velocity.
- Identify and help solve systemic, organization-wide problems, building the strong relationships needed to influence outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader in technical discussions and product reviews, and help design and execute the process and strategy frameworks that drive goal setting, decision making, and business impact.
- Articulate your team's technology requirements, goals, and milestones to stakeholders, including engaging with and presenting to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) stakeholders.
- Analyze technology gaps and potential synergies between process and offering roadmaps, and help prioritize solution requirements with key stakeholders, including identifying the associated trade-offs.
- Help build consensus around product roadmap priorities, balancing short-term and long-term customer outcomes and weighing features against architectural improvements.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide hands-on program management through analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases, including EPM close, consolidation, and reconciliation cycles.
- Perform risk and change management on projects, and simplify complexity to help shape program and product direction.
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions and business direction, integrating your technical knowledge and subject-matter expertise.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback, continuously evaluating product fit/gap, process optimization, technical dependencies and maturity, and external benchmarking to recommend options that meet the long-term vision.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms, particularly Oracle EPM Cloud, including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), in a close, consolidation, or reconciliation context. Familiarity with Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS) is a strong plus.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise planning and prioritization technologies that connect strategy and execution to drive business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of program management in Finance Transformation and Strategy, particularly across domains such as Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (R2R), and related finance and EPM technologies.
- Understanding of integrations between Oracle EPM/ERP Cloud and third-party applications. Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, BlackLine, Aravo, and similar systems is highly desirable.
- Experience building business and value cases for strategic initiatives, including ERP and EPM Cloud upgrades and SaaS implementations.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Experience supporting product development lifecycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver products.
- Experience communicating and presenting work to senior leadership, with effective and persuasive verbal and written communication that frames discussions to gain valuable feedback.

The expected base pay range for this position is:Mountain View $205,500 - $278,000
