Your Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager for JD Commons located in Moline, IL, you will:
- Lead Value Proposition creation, Sales Manual, Product Launch Center & Overview Guide Creation
- Lead dealer calls to prepare for launching new products
- Provide product expertise for respective product lines and technology
- Play a lead role in Marcom and Training events (i.e. ConExpo) and with the press
- Lead production systems marketing efforts to support delivering measurable customer value
- Support all current product activities including:
- All training activities
- Shows/Events
- Video, photo & animations
- Public Relations activities
- Marcom & Tactical related activities
- Current pricing support
- Work across regional marketing teams to execute product launches and marketing materials
- Collaborate with Engineering to execute the benchmarking plan

What Skills You Need
- 5 or more years of effective communications skills; written, verbal and presentation
- 3 or more years of demonstrated sales and marketing experiences
- 3 or more years of experience influencing effectively
- 1 or more years of interaction with dealer channel
- Construction or Ag product knowledge
What Makes You Stand Out
- 3 or more years experience in the construction industry
- 3 or more years of demonstrated experience launching new products and/or services
- Experience with advanced technologies used in construction, offroad equipment or automotive industries
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Degree in marketing, business, technology, agriculture or construction management or equivalent experiences
