The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supply Chain and Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support to all Supply Chain and Operations department systems, maintaining master data, and resolving daily production and process-related issues. The ideal candidate will identify and implement opportunities for process and systems improvements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provides Tier 1 support for all Supply Chain department systems.
  • Collaborates with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Supply Chain systems.
  • Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with the business and IT departments, advocating for new or enhanced processes or solutions through various communication methods within the organization.
  • Develops and delivers end-user training, addresses end-user process questions for implemented processes, provides break/fix support for processes/systems, and implements moderately complex process/system enhancements.
  • Investigates, analyses, and resolves business process issues to correct deficiencies, reduce costs, and improve processes and performance.
  • Maintains and controls master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participates in system development projects to build quality and controls into the system. Responsibilities include reviewing business requirements, setting up security, producing test plans, documenting test results, carrying out remediation efforts, and evaluating projects.
  • Ensures unit processes align with division processes and objectives.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to investigate issues and provide updates on resolutions.
  • Ensures all department processes and documentation are current.
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement projects.

About You

What Skills You Need:

  • Experience in Supply Chain and Operations: Proven track record in managing and supporting supply chain and operations.
  • SAP Knowledge and Experience: Proficiency in SAP systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to new processes and environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to foster collaborative relationships with business and IT teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at preparing realistic estimates of time and resource requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
  • Global Experience: Experience working with global
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve goals.
