Main Responsabilities

  • Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process related to Industrial Engineering.
  • Calculates processes productivity and man power resources, Use tools such as line design and DLBT to achieve the established metrics and generate reports in BI for decision-making,
  • Works on continuous improvement to optimize processes using lean manufacturing.
  • Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process.
  • At this level, projects are of moderate scope and responsibility or may be a significant portion of a major and diverse project or process; decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers.
  • May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel, contractors and suppliers.

  • Engineering Design: Skills in designing processes, systems, and workflows to meet operational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Operations Research: Knowledge of mathematical models and optimization techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Proficiency in CAD software for designing layouts and systems.
  • Simulation Software: Experience with simulation tools to model processes and predict outcomes.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Lean Manufacturing: Understanding lean principles to eliminate waste and improve process flow.
  • Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in statistical methods to analyze data.

Education

  • Industrial engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics or related.
