Título: Product Support Representative - Indaiatuba/SP or Catalão/GO - 114168

As a Product Support Representative at John Deere, assigned to the Indaiatuba/SP or Catalão/GO unit, you will be responsible for resolving complex doubts about the installation of precision technologies in sprayers, planters and harvesters. He will promptly attend to technical questions raised by dealers and field teams, especially at critical moments of operation.
You will also investigate recurring problems, propose corrective solutions and develop improvements to make the installation process more efficient. You will be responsible for documenting processes and supporting the increased autonomy of the dealer network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for resolving complex installation questions on Precision Upgrades, primarily on Sprayers, Planters & Harvesting Equipment;
  • Timely response to zero-hour issues and installation questions from our dealer channel and field teams;
  • Develop proactive and innovative solutions to increase efficiency, dealer capability, and improve the installation experience;
  • Investigate zero-hour issues, collect data, determine corrective action, and advise how to effectively remedy to prevent reoccurrence;
  • Create robust process documentation to integrate sustainable processes for Precision Upgrades.

Skills You Need

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business. Technical knowledge of Ag Products and Precision Upgrades;
  • Avanced English (wide vocabulary, good grammar, conducting meetings, arguing, negotiating and training);
  • Experience with CCMS;
  • Ability to read schematics and engineering prints;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Technical experience relating to design/diagnostics of hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse stakeholder groups under pressure including dealers and customers;
  • Experience using Dealer Tech Manuals and Parts Catalogs;
  • Ability to analyze established processes, create new robust processes that ensures integration with Production Systems.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Creative mindset to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and generate new and innovative ideas;
  • Understanding of SAP to do BOM explosions;
  • Experience developing “how to” videos;
  • Experience with technology as it applies to planters, crop harvesting, and sprayers;
  • Experience using Service Advisor/Service Center to diagnose and reprogram machines;
  • Familiarity with Creo/CreoView to retrieve, view, and annotate 3D models;
  • Trained and authorized to operate (preferably experienced) Deere Equipment;
  • Three or more years of experience with the Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP), Customer Support Process (CSP), and/or Enterprise; Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP) or similar processes;
  • Intermediate Spanish (reads and writes emails independently, participates in calls and meetings);
  • Familiar with Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP).
