Your Responsibilities
As a Group Product Manager, Customer & Dealer Experience for John Deere Financial's Worldwide Headquarters, located in Johnston, IA, or based in Chicago, IL, or Moline, IL, you will:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for JDF’s customer and dealer experiences across the globe
- Ensure quantitative and qualitative research and analysis is at the core of what drives our roadmaps and delivery
- Lead the creation and deployment of a portfolio of product development use cases which are enabled through our platform capabilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, analytics, business teams, product teams) and enterprise partners to deliver connected experiences, which delight our customers and dealers with seamless design, and use
- Monitor, measure, and communicate progress continuing beyond delivery, into utilization and ongoing refinement
- Drive go-to-market strategies and product introductions
- Mentor and develop product management talent

What Skills You Need
- 5 or more years of experience in product management or customer research & analytics
- 5 or more years of experience in managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a manner which is clearly understandable by business partners
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs
What Makes You Standout
- 5 or more years of experience managing global teams
- 4 or more years of experience leading cross functional teams
- Experience in financial lending platforms is a plus
- Experience with Agile delivery process
- Demonstrated success in driving data drive product management to realize outcomes
- Proven track record
- Master’s degree in data and/or business preferred
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and innovation
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent related work experience
