Main Responsibilities

  • IT Operations Management: Oversee incident/problem/request resolution, ensure internal compliance, and maintain system availability.
  • Architecture Enablement: Align local solutions with corporate guidelines and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Strategic Delivery: Lead the technological enablement of projects as complex as process reingineering, API catalog expansion, and digital onboarding.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain IT service excellence, streamline workflows, and implement automation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare strategy presentations and ensure alignment with business goals.

What Skills You Need

  • 8 years of experience in Cloud Services.
  • 8 years of experience in API.
  • Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, AWS, Python, Databricks, SQL, Windows Server, Github, Docker, Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven ability to manage IT operations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Enterprise Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and standards. (TOGAF)
  • Incident & Problem Management: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and metrics (e.g., MTTR).
  • Project Management: Experience delivering complex IT projects on time and within scope.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power Automate or similar tools.
  • Cloud & API Development: experience with cloud services, containerization and API lifecycle management.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to interpret operational metrics and build dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • AI Adoption: Understanding AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to align IT initiatives with business growth objectives.
  • IT Framework Knowledge: TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, SAFE.

Education

  • Technology Engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciense or related.
