The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist – Tractors to support our dealers and customers in maximising equipment performance and uptime across your assigned product line.
This is a field-led, highly connected role where you’ll work across dealers, customers, and internal teams to solve complex technical issues, improve product outcomes, and contribute to future product performance.
This role can be based remotely across the East Coast of Australia (within proximity to a major airport) and involves significant travel (up to ~75%), both domestic and occasional international.
What you’ll do
- Lead and execute product support plans aligned to your product responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex product issues beyond standard support channels (DTAC)
- Analyse data from sources such as telematics, warranty, and field reports to identify trends and emerging issues
- Support root cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions, including NCCA and product improvement programs
- Provide in-field optimisation and technical support to dealers and customers
- Deliver technical training and build capability across dealer networks
- Collaborate with global teams, engineering, and manufacturing to improve product performance and customer outcomes
You will be provided with a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle for use in accordance with the Company Car Policy
What You Bring
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Strong technical troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
- Proven ability to resolve complex product or equipment issues in field environments
- Ability to use data (e.g. telematics, warranty, field insights) to identify root causes and improve outcomes
- Confident communicator with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, field-based role
Desired Skills/ Experiences:
- Experience with connected machines, telematics, or digital diagnostic tools
- Exposure to product improvement and root cause processes (e.g. NCCA, PIPs)
- Experience supporting agricultural machinery, tractors, harvesting equipment or related agricultural products.
- Experience delivering technical training or coaching
- Exposure to working across global or cross-functional teams

Education / Experience:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or other related fields.
