Title: Mid Level Software Validation Engineer- Indaiatuba/SP - 121212
Main Responsibilities
- Validate mobile and web solutions in real agricultural environments, ensuring performance, reliability, usability, and operational fit.
- Work directly with farmers, dealers, operational leaders, and other stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct field evaluations across different agricultural operations, including grain, sugarcane, and other production systems.
- Investigate issues by reproducing failures, collecting technical evidence, and documenting findings with actionable recommendations.
- Partner with global engineering and product teams to prioritize improvements and support product evolution.
- Assess application behavior across Android and iOS devices, considering connectivity limitations, device capabilities, and demanding operational scenarios.
- Transform customer feedback and field observations into insights that drive product quality and customer success
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software validation, quality assurance, product testing, field testing, or product validation.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Experience working directly with customers, technical support, solution implementation, customer success, or application engineering.
- Experience collecting and analyzing technical evidence such as logs, screenshots, videos, usage metrics, and reproduction steps.
- Advanced English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
- Availability for frequent travel and customer-facing activities (50–75%).
What Make You Stand Out
- Experience with digital agriculture solutions or other operational technology environments.
- Knowledge of agricultural operations such as planting, spraying, harvesting, logistics, fleet management, grain, or sugarcane production systems.
- Familiarity with UX research, user interviews, and structured feedback collection.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, telemetry, and connected digital platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Issues, Android Studio, ADB, Datadog, Postman, Power BI, SQL, and Confluence.
