This role offers the opportunity to support our Strategy & Transformation team by analyzing metadata, maintaining portfolio analytics, and optimizing planning and reporting processes. By contributing to these key areas, you will help ensure efficiency and precision in our business operations, directly supporting our mission of achieving strategic business objectives. In this position, you will gain valuable experience in an agile environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze high volumes of diverse metadata to support cataloguing and linking outcomes against key results.

- Maintain ongoing portfolio, planning, and business analytics for internal stakeholders and reports.

- Provide insights on optimizing planning, delivery, data gathering, and reporting.

- Coordinate the intake of new delivery and strategy requests.

- Administer business cases from submissions through realization.

Required Qualifications:

- 2 years of progressive business analysis experience.

- Proven experience in writing business requirements/user stories.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/Computer Science preferred.

- Robust knowledge of MS applications (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Agile/SAFe knowledge and JIRA/Confluence experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to cultivate relationships with key partners across various functions and levels.

- Continuous learning mindset and experience being adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

- Understanding of project management/delivery lifecycles.

- Experience with workflow analysis and documentation.

Salary range is expected to be between

$70,350.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD
