Individual Accountabilities:

Monthly/Quarterly required activities (80% of monthly workload)

o Complete system-driven accrual and invoice process (both intercompany and third-party) – responsibilities include:

o New client setup through automated Excel templates

o Modification of existing client static data, including GL attributes, through system GUI and client setup templates

o Prepare AUM feeds for system automated import

o Completion of AUM and fee templates, including fluctuation investigation

o Review of all fee calculations and invoice templates (where applicable) prior to system-driven distribution to clients

o Process client cash receipts

o For manual clients and processes, perform Excel-based AUM load, invoice creation and journal entry creation/loading

o Prepare system-driven or manual client account reconciliations and aging; investigate breaks and outstanding receipts

o Collaborate with Treasury to clear suspense accounts for a number of entities. Prepare monthly revenue true-up schedules

o Process wire requests for routine and non-routine intercompany payments and third-party transactions

o Various monthly/quarterly reporting to groups throughout MIM and Manulife

o Perform controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Projects, process improvement (20% of monthly workload)

o Collaborate with other team members and business partners on special projects, as required

o Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and achieve efficiencies by optimization and automation

Key Shared Accountabilities:

o Work closely with affiliated business teams to deliver financial analysis and commentary required to provide management with comprehensive insight into the financial dynamics of all aspects of the business related to revenue and billing processes
