Job Profile Description

Individual Accountabilities (80% of workload)

- Preparation for monthly fund business activity – launches, terminations, and large transactions

- Assist in preparation of AUM Reporting through production and consolidation processes

- Perform database maintenance upon business updates and changes

- Implement completeness checks for business source files, working papers and finance database

- Assist in the consolidation of AUM, Flows and Revenue for various internal databases

- Review and reconcile data sets/extracts and support team in various monthly and quarterly reporting to groups throughout Manulife Investment Management (MIM) and Manulife

- Assist the team leader or Manager with first level reviews, and managing the day-to-day operations of the team

- Perform controls and ensure compliance with company accounting and finance policies and procedures

- Assist in ad hoc request, regulatory, and audit queries

Projects, process improvement (20% of monthly workload)

- Collaborate with other team members and business partners on special projects, as required

- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and achieve efficiencies by optimization and automation

Shift schedule- Rotating Mid-shift (3PM-12AM Manila time), Morning (9AM-6PM)
