Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and generate report on IFS applications security. This includes periodic governance reviews as may be required by external or internal audit and compliance
  • Perform auditing functions to ensure the integrity of data and that controls in place are adequate and functioning effectively
  • Assess existence, efficiency, and effectiveness of the control environment by assisting manager and operations team in control/process optimization
  • Error/Incident Tracking and Reporting
  • Be a key contact for Audit requirements and concerns
  • Carry out consultations with IT and business partners on techniques and audit methodologies
  • Get strong knowledge and understanding of business strategies, challenges, and risks by proactively developing business partnerships with business users, as well as maintaining a strong presence with management
  • Add value to and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and the IT audit function by leading best practices for standards and procedures
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
  • Work with the team for risk mitigation, controls validation, action plans implementation, monitoring and documentation

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any Financial related courses (Accounting, Business Management, or Finance), CPA board exam passer is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis/project management function within finance area
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) and must be willing to work on a day shift schedule

Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

  • Good understanding of ledger systems, good accounting knowledge and sensitive to reporting cycle
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc.) and data marts)
  • Exceptional analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to independently learn new systems / technology
  • Strong attention to detail · Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client focused with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Influence and negotiate with team and clients in a sophisticated and demanding business environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in working with management and clients, adapting change strategies
