To manage, direct, and oversee all administrative functions as they relate to the management and maintenance of the library, including but not limited to setting up and maintaining confidential files, providing historical documentation as needed, following best practices for organizing and structuring the record-keeping system, and acting as a key point of contact for business partners’ inquiries regarding files and historical data.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for upkeep, organization, and administration of all hard-copy records. Accountable for acting in accordance with best practices when filing, administering, and handling confidential and restricted information.
• Acts as liaison between department and external record-keeping/data-management entities Provides documentation and subject matter expertise as required for special projects such as internal or external audits, corporate transfers, and litigation requests
• Responsible for maintaining departmental subscriptions to relevant periodicals and professional resources.
• Supports the department by responding to questions or inquiries regarding departmental records in a thorough and timely fashion.
• Supports and provides exceptional customer service to department team members and , other internal stakeholdersJob Requirements:
• Must have prior experience working in an office environment; must possess a minimum of 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.
