Job Description:
We’re looking for a Associate Sailpoint Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you will join Manulife’s Identity & Access Management global team and help protect our company and customer’s information. Join our team to execute our 5-year IAM roadmap to provide global protections and automation to Manulife, on track to be the most digital, customer-centric global company in the industry.
This team is providing a global service to ensure the right people have the right access to the right information and data at Manulife. We are using the Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform for access controls and are expanding capabilities and coverage. Join us on this journey and join our team !

Key Responsibilities:
Act on behalf of Enterprise Technology & Services to provide an effective and efficient Access Governance Service centered around Sailpoint’s IdentityIQ (IIQ) product
Configure applications in IIQ to import data via DB (JDBC) connectors and feed file imports
Develop custom queries, rules, workflows & coding features to improve access governance capabilities
Coordinate the promotion and testing of application configurations through test regions with IIQ Admins, Sailpoint Analysts and QA resources
Collaborate with application SMEs and DBAs to optimize data connectivity, aiming for direct provisioning
Manage application onboarding tasks in Jira in a timely manner
Monitor and manage data import, aggregation and refresh failures
Analyze the user-base of applications, perform bottom-up analysis and resulting recommendations for Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
Create and manage Roles in IIQ and ensure active ownership by Role Owners
Provide technical consulting for IIQ upgrades, defects and enhancements
Align with the Access Governance Strategy to ensure a successful service delivery
Identify data and process improvement ideas; contribute to enhance the maturity of the Access Governance service
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Proficient in configuring various types of applications, including APIs, Salesforce, databases, Active Directory, Azure, and Mainframe.
Experience in configuring applications, rules, workflows, forms, and other Sailpoint components.
Strong skills in JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, and BeanShell, with excellent Java debugging abilities.
Proven ability to develop elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.
Exposure to Web Services and REST APIs.
Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) deployment is a plus.
