We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, System Informatics, or related field of study.
- Minimum 10 years working experiences with reasonable number of years in managerial position as IT business analyst or product development.
- Strong expertise on the life insurance operation and understanding of the system development and infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business operation savvy to create and present solutions that are compelling for business, IT and users.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization and external stakeholders.
- Ability to make sound decisions in complex situations to achieve a balance across various factors

On the job you will:
- Lead the end-to-end product implementation process both internally and in collaboration with IT BA, Sysdev, and other related departments, ensuring completion in a timely manner, with quality, and achieving the expected results. This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating in the creation of use cases, defining user stories, monitoring system development, testing, and post-deployment processes.
- Review and ensure the quality of Product Specification documents to clearly describe the established requirements and minimize misinterpretation. Provide expertise related to the creation of product specifications and coordinate with the product development, proposition owners, and pricing teams.
- Collaborate with Product Development and relevant departments in creating product document templates given to customers, such as, but not limited to, policy summary (Page3), RIPLAY personal, and customer notification letters (if needed). Ensure these documents are implemented in a timely manner, with quality, and achieve the expected results.
- Actively managing and monitoring the product implementation process by ensuring work is carried out according to established standards, well documentation, and engaging with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates/report and manage expectations throughout the product implementation process.
- Managing the Day 2 item Inventory and work closely with IT, Sysdev, and Ops to decide the new Day 2 items (if any), and support Project Manager to escalate and get approval from PSC.
- Support Operation and IT Production Support and provide expertise if there is any production issue related to Product scope, led by IT Production Support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management regarding product implementation progress and challenges.
- Review the end-to-end product implementation process and suggest enhancements to achieve optimal alignment, efficiency, quality, and impact.
