Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Platform Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting environments involving Synapse, Databricks, OpenAI, Azure ML, Storage, and Networking.
- Exploring and integrating Generative AI technologies to innovate data processing and application development.
- Collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and business collaborators to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Implementing and leading a comprehensive Test Data Management strategy to support software development and testing in the EDL platform.
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical mentorship to multi-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the field.
- 5+ years of experience with any cloud platforms.
- Experience with Informatica MDM, IICS, Test Data Management, Power Center, and Data Quality.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and other container technologies.
- Solid experience in Test Data Management and related tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Generative AI and machine learning frameworks (OpenAI)
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Understanding of standard methodologies in data governance, security, and compliance.

Salary range is expected to be between
$104,860.00 USD - $194,740.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
