The Platform Technical Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and support the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring its smooth operation and reliability. By collaborating with development teams and managing user access, this role is crucial in delivering a seamless AEM experience, aligning with our mission to enhance digital interactions. Additionally, the analyst will gain valuable experience supporting other key technologies such as Amazon Connect, New Relic, and Salesforce, broadening their technical expertise and contributing to our organization's success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AEM application teams by attending daily stand-up meetings to stay informed about ongoing and planned work.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on platform changes and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and manage the platform work queue in ServiceNow, focusing on user management tasks.
  • Perform platform-related tasks such as DNS, firewall, and Akamai configurations as needed.
  • Regularly monitor the AEM platform using tools like New Relic and ADX.
  • Maintain the AEM Platform Confluence site with up-to-date information and documentation.
  • Participate in quarterly platform patching and annually scheduled activities such as certificate renewals, disaster recovery, and penetration testing.
  • Provide on-call support for environment or application issues, including tasks like Akamai caching and configuration management.
  • Manage AEM user administration, including SSO access and SSH key generation for Linux servers.
  • Schedule and prepare for stage and production code deployments, ensuring all necessary documentation and runbooks are ready.
  • Use tools such as Solar Putty, WinSCP, and Artifactory for deployments and file management.
  • Update Confluence and other documentation platforms with corrections, changes, and new information.
  • Manage access to key tools and platforms, including SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Slack, and Devo Log Access.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by MBPS Management Team or the Manulife Business Unit.
  • Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
  • Amenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (night shift; but flexible depending on business need)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Azure ADX.
  • Experience with user administration, including SSO and SSH access.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Understanding of network configurations, including DNS and firewall settings.
  • Knowledge of Akamai and content delivery networks.
  • Familiarity with deployment processes and tools, such as TeamCity.
  • Basic knowledge in Java.
