The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing the tracking and oversight over the Global Operations and Global Technology strategic financial strategies. This role will be very important to help keep Global Technology and Global Operations on track for their financial commitments and assist with creating reporting that will provide valuable insight to project leaders and executive stakeholders. The position provides a challenging opportunity to learn about various businesses, gain an understanding of operating and control environments, play an integral role in fulfilling key deliverables, and work with seasoned professionals of accounting, audit, and financial reporting backgrounds.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop a new PBI tool that will extract important information from the GIA (Global Initiatives App) tool to be used to track targeted and forecasted saves for every initiative within the Global Operations (GOS) and Global Technology (GTV) strategies.
  • Coordinate with the GIA team to continually build enhancements to this reporting
  • Coordination and integration with Planview tool which is used to track initiative saves in Asia segment to created global consolidated reporting
  • Become the first line of contact for progress on strategic initiative financial reporting
  • Track savings for individual initiatives at the segment level
  • Identify gaps in project & initiative efficiency saves compared to targets and collaborate with segment / initiative owners on root causes, mitigations, and impact to overall segment expense targets
  • Participate in GOS and GTV steerco by providing critical information and analysis on the health of savings and commentary on key successes, issues, and other important information
  • Create materials for Monthly Operating Results (MOR) reporting
  • Collaborate with segment leaders to ensure that GIA and Planview are updated correctly
  • Assist with the governance of GOS and GTV by assisting with the tracking and development of other adjacent KPIs, supporting the annual budgeting process, and other items

Review & Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Review work of Finance MBPS staff when needed

  • Ensure sufficient documentation and cross trainings to ensure high quality of work from the team

  • Assists on various projects and analyses

  • Identify and execute process and report improvement opportunities

Throughout,

  • maintain high quality customer service levels

  • identify process streamlining and automation opportunities; influence actions to implement

  • be receptive to all efforts to integrate with the Onshore Team

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience, CPA designation is a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) and must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter and team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Knowledge of Power BI (intermediate experience)
  • Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.) and ability to analyze large volumes of data
