As a Propositions Analyst, you will gain valuable insights into market dynamics and the satisfaction of contributing to the company's growth and success.
Position Responsibilities:
- With support from Marketing team, conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and preferences of customers, and organize focus groups to gather feedback from customers on new and existing product propositions.
- Develop relationships with Agency and Bancassurance sales professionals and build strong understanding of sales methodologies.
- Act as voice of the customer and/or sales during proposition design, to ensure initiatives will be compelling and meet objectives.
- Collaborate with Proposition Delivery team to provide inputs required for product development and implementation that align with market demands, and review execution outputs.
- Develop sales tools and materials to enable agents / insurance specialists to understand and explain new and existing propositions.
- Deliver insights from analysis of successful propositions from other insurance markets, and competitive scan of the Indonesia insurance market.
- Monitor, analyze and report actual experience post-launch against targeted sales, distribution and customer acceptance, competitive landscape, and pricing assumptions.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation for proposed proposition, including business case, financial projections, and marketing plans.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field of study
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in product, marketing, or distribution functions in Indonesia life insurance industry
- Demonstrated ability to learn about real customer perspectives.
- Good verbal and written communication to convey key ideas and results in a clear manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and time management to balance multiple concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality output.
