Associate Support Analyst - Enhanced Services for CSC-9

Position Responsibilities:
- The primary focus is to provide support over the phone for all incidents that are not resolved within the Service Desk Level
Provide physical/face-to-face/on-site technical assistance
Must have customer service excellence as core values
In charge of the end-to-end process of incident and request flow
Serve as the escalation point, taking ownership of the case until the issue is resolved and/or the request is fulfilled.
Provide
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course.
- At least 3 years of overall work experience in IT support/End User support
ITIL, CCNA, or any IT technical certification Is a plus.
Basic to intermediate knowledge on the IT Asset Management Lifecycle is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Has first-class level of customer service ensuring over-the-phone, email, and onsite assistance is provided appropriately
- Able to present his/herself professionally and exhibit good working relationships with co-workers and clients.

- Has strong technical skills
- Has strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL Practices
