Associate IT Scrum Lead

This Associate IT Scrum Lead will help the organization in attaining its goals through Agile delivery which helps improve the lives of our users and increase overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will help foster the Agile ways of working and be adaptable on different situations.
Position Responsibilities:
Organizes and facilitates key Scrum/Agile events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Collaborates closely with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to ensure a well-maintained Product Backlog and a clear understanding of priorities.
Facilitates and supports the Scrum Team in continuous improvement efforts, including adjustments to processes and practices.
Helps the team remove internal and external impediments
Track and communicate progress on deliverables
Be involved and participate in organization wide Agile events (Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums)
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a dedicated Scrum Lead role in an Agile environment
At least 2 years of experience in systems development
Ability to coach teams and foster self-organization
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA)
Preferred Qualifications:
Have attended Agile, Scrum, Kanban trainings
Certifications in Scrum (CSM, PSM), Kanban, SAFe
Experience using JIRA
Have experience delivering Agile projects from inception to closure
