Associate Front-end Software Engineer - Salesforce

As an Associate Front-end Software Engineer - Salesforce you will play a crucial role in supporting the customization and enhancement of our Salesforce platform to meet business needs. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to implement solutions, maintain system integrations, and ensure the overall performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact and opportunities for our organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce Development Experience.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and the Salesforce CLI.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
