Workforce Scheduling Analyst

As a Workforce Capacity Planner/Scheduler in our back-office Workforce team, you will be responsible for analyzing historical data, trends and seasonality to forecast staffing needs accurately and ensuring our business operations are supported by optimal levels. As a key contributor to our mission of delivering exceptional service, the Capacity Planner/WF Scheduling Analyst will align resources effectively and efficiently, helping teams meet their strategic objectives. Position Responsibilities:
Forecasting and Planning: Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing requirements accurately and develop comprehensive workforce capacity plans and works closely with the operations to provide alignment in a data-driven organization.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders to understand business needs and align workforce plans with strategic objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within workforce management and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Scheduling: (as needed) Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing productivity and minimizing labor costs.
Required Qualifications:
more than 1-year experience in WF organization (RTA/Scheduling/Forecasting/Capacity Planning)
adept with MS Tools (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
Workforce Optimization Techniques
Data and Reports Analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Visualization
Basic Statistics and knowledge in metrics reporting
Intermediate Excel Skills
Basic Powerpoint and Sharepoint Skills
VBA/PowerBI/PowerApps not required but a plus
