Head of Technology Information

The Head of Technology Information role is analyzes and prioritizes business demand for IT services based on criticality and business impact. Ensures that IT resources are effectively utilized towards meeting the most critical business objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their IT needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze the IT project portfolio to identify overlaps, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation or optimization.
  • Monitors and analyzes IT demand patterns, market trends, and customer behavior to determine potential risks and opportunities.
  • Assess and prioritize IT demands based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource constraints.
  • Engages in regular IT demand process reviews and project performance analyses to identify gaps, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to assess resource availability and allocate resources efficiently to meet demand.
  • Develops reports and insights on IT demand metrics, such as forecast accuracy, demand volatility, IT capacity & utilization etc.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and IT teams to manage expectations, provide updates on demand status, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Supports the development and improvement of IT demand management processes, systems, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years+ in same role.

  • Infrastructure management, Cloud management and Leadership

  • Knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems, and technologies and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate these into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
